GA and SF suggested playing a number of non-society events on courses that cannot be fitted into the usual Society fixtures. They have said they will book them and let people know so anyone can come along. Suggested that they look at April, May, July and August with possibility of playing different formats, e.g. matchplay, Texas Scramble, etc. If possible to be included on EGS fixture list but will not be Society events or count towards Race to Dubai.

Due to work and other commitments, the 2020 Fixture Secretary, Nick Gabb, has reluctantly decided to step down. GA offered to undertake the role assisted by SF. This was carried unanimously by the meeting.

Meeting closed 19.25.
